“What a shambles”

I Did not receive the order in time. Moonpig told me they reprinted the card. Again received nothing. Another call- another "reprint" again and a promise to send it via next day delivery- again I received nothing. The "big day" came and a big embarrassment for not having a card. 5 emails , 6 calls later I haven't received my card, they wont refund me as they blame the post (that old chestnut)
Total rip off merchant, avoid at all costs!!!!
