ordered card and flowers, have used many times for cards allways been great,went for a bunch of roses and mixed flowers, when they arived on time my wife took them out of the box and the look on her face said it all, white roses were brown and wilted, yellow the same, even the greenery that came with them was limp and diying, emailed a complaint four days ago no reply as yet, not that i will expect one they have my money thats all they care about no doubt, should hve read the reviews first, could have saved money and a dissapointed wife, take my advive DO NOT GET FLOWERS FROM MOONPIG THEY ARE RUBBISH after three days they are in the compost bin no doubt where they came from
