I ordered a card flowers box of chocolates and a balloon from moonpig to be delivered on monthers day. I ordered this on the 3rd of march called them at 4pm as still not received they said there has been a mistake and not put the order through even though I got confirmation email and they took my money. So I said will I be getting the flowers today for my mum their answer NO they were rude did not care very bad service I will be making sure I never use them again and everyone I know. WARNING no not use them they are rude and not helpful in anyway! Now my mum has no card no present and shops are shut! Thank you moonpig!!!!!!!
