I ordered a valentine card and used suggested text as a verse inside my card. The preview very clearly did not show apostrophes in the text so I inserted them in the words you're and you've. The card arrived with you''re and you''ve and just looks stupid.

I have double checked and the preview of the card only has one apostrophe in each word. I e mailed them a week ago which has been ignored. I also e mailed them again today which so far has also been ignored.

I will not be using them ever again.
