I've used Moonpig a number of times and the products are really quite good and put a smile on the recipients face.
However, when there is a problem they are 100% unresponsive to emails, feedback etc., and are unhelpful on the telephone and avoid the truth regarding their service. 'Take the money and run' seems to be the philosophy.
Be aware that the despatch date quoted at the start of the ordering process can change by the time you come to pay.
The website status of your order can remain stuck for some time and this should sound warning bells that your order is just not going to arrive on time, despite assurances on the telephone.
Also be aware that the products are posted in Guernsey and it takes at least two days for them to arrive in the UK.
It's a good product but the service surrounding it makes it not worth taking the risk unless you are working at least a couple of weeks ahead of your required delivery, and that it is coming direct to you rather than the recipient. Loved ones left thinking you have forgotten them is the issue at risk.
