I concur with all the adverse comments on here relating to recent poor service with this card vendor. I have used Jacquie Lawson Cards for many years in the past and found thheir cards to be tasteful and excellent value with a superb service - until recently! I changed my password on New Year's Eve prior to sending an e-card. On sending the card I was unable to view the messaged I had attached. Since then I have been unable to login and have had no confirmation tha the card was sent. I have sent emails to the company asking them to reset my password so that I can log back in but received just two automated replies.. saying that they will respond within 48 hours! No attempt to send a personal response or apology. Really disappointed with this poor service particularly since I still have almost two years' subscription. I will no tbe recommndin gthis site to anyone else in future.
