I was given notice of renewal on 4 July 2014 for a renewal date of November 2014. I took no action, given it was four months away. One week later Jacquie Lawson took the money from my card!
Her company has not responded to my email and I shall dispute the payment through my card company. I have tried to find a telephone number to speak to a person - but no luck.
Needless to say I shall not be renewing, and I shall spread the word of the poor customer service provided by this company.
