People I have sent cards to have complained that their inboxes are flooded with reminders to view their JL cars if they have been away from their computers. When I tried to deliver this feedback to JL I discovered that there is NO customer service, and I wasted a lot of time trying to find it. I consider this to be a disrespectful way to treat your customers and will not renew my subscription when it runs out.
Some of the cards are very good but too many are just cutesy and too traditional, and pandering to feudal ideas such as 'Downton Abbey' is just too backward. I think I'll just make my own cards and send them as attachments, it's more creative and personal.
