“Inadequate customer serviice”

The "contact us" button on the website implies that if we have a problem that is not covered by the FAQs, there is a way to get through to Customer Service, BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE.

I have an immediate problem, have Xmas cards to send out, but THERE IS APPARENTLY NO WAY to contact Customer Service (if there is such a department}

After being a member for several years, one would expect to fimd such a customer support system.
