I loved the calendars from the past two years, so I ordered 23 for friends and family. Only eight have installed and activated the calendar. The rest of us, including me, either can't install or can't activate. So embarassing - such a dud of a gift!!
I emailed them and got a response after three days to say that I used check my firewall. Huh??? I have no trouble with all my cards and the last two calendars!! The team just don't seem interested to help. I am cancelling my subscription. They are unhelpful and greedy! The gifts for the other 15 will be money down the drain.
