I cancelled my service at the end of 2011. On December 26 a renewal membership fee was charged to my credit card THAT I DID NOT AUTHORIZE. There is no way to contact Lawson's customer service which is probably off shore anyway but I ought to charge them for my time in attempting to resolve this issue with my credit card company.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS GREETING CARD SERVICE FOR ALL THE TEA IN CHINA.
