I have been sending these e cards for a few years with no trouble, then all of a sudden the password does not work. Of course they won't allow me another one as they say the email address is in use. I have asked for a new password on several occasions, nothing. I note they were happy to take my money for the advent calendars, some arrived some didn't. I am seriously miffed. If by any chance someone would get in touch via email it works this end that would be good. I would rescind the negative review. Nothing is guaranteed to get a person upset than not being able to get in touch.
