Well I was quite shocked to see so many negative reviews about downloading on here. I'm a self confessed blonde who works in finance, not computers but I didn't have any installation problems at all. It all seemed pretty straight forward... I use Mac OS X (10.6).

I thought the animations this year (2012) were brilliant and I can't wait for next years to be released! Would definitely recommend to a friend. I haven't sent any cards yet but will almost certainly do so in the coming year.
