Joined on December 12 after receiving a card from a friend. I liked the card and decided to join and send out my Christmas cards via e-mail using www.jacquielawson.com

When I tried to send cards I was told that I was not using the correct information and that I was not a customer. You charged my visa for the two year payment. Your web sit continues to say sorry there is an error and it will be fixed in a few minutes. I want you to return my payment of $18.00 and close out my account which you say I never had.

I was unable to send cards to my friends. Thank you very much!!!!!!
