I understand that this is the only way to contact customer service.
I sent in a membership check #4703 for $18.00 on November 5, 2012, and still have not heard that I am a member. I really wanted to send Thanksgiving cards, and now Christmas cards, as I love to get them myself, and want to share them.
Why the delay in notifying me that I am a member? It's been over a month since the check was mailed. I mailed it the Jacquielawson.com, PO Box 2796, 2796 Reliable Parkway, Chicago, IL 60686-0027
I really would like an answer
