“Advent Calendar 2012 a Disappointment”

I have love the Jacquie Lawson Advent Calendars for the last few years and have sent many to friends. This year I find it will not work correctly, hangs up, does not perform interactive tasks. I have tried contacting the "Help Desk" which, as others have said, is NO HELP. Perhaps they've grown too quickly or gotten complacent but I doubt I will be ordering another calendar. The money spent for this year is gone.
