“won't let you send cards”

I have a two year membership with Jacquie Lawson and when I go to send a card they want you to click on some circus desk top or a a gift membership to someone if you don't they will not let you send the card. I don't like these types of tactics. It is impossible to reach them. No phone number and no e mail address to complain.
