Jacquie Lawson took a payment from my credit card without permission. Be very careful if you have previously bought a subscription. I bought a subscription a couple of years ago and now two years later another payment has been automatically taken without any authorisation.
The only contact is by email and it is impossible to get a helpful response. They say they have no record of my details or email address but they sure do have details of my credit card.
