I wish I had read the early reviews first!
I have enjoyed membership with Jackie Lawson for over 2 years. So, with my elderly mother just getting to grips with a computer, I offered to pay for 2-year subscription with Jackie Lawson. I chose a card and paid: The money left my bank 5 days ago (I have the proof). The card is stuck in pending with an offer to edit,cancel or PAY NOW. I have used the website contact method 3 times (only received automated response). I have written directly no help@jackielawson. (as yet, no response but I will give them a bit longer). I have read on another forum that Jackie Lawson seem to only pick up complaints via a forum!! Perhaps they need to look at this problem. I wonder how many other people have paid and not got the goods. This is one lady who will take this further and see if there is an issue with company and if money is being taken with no intention of delivering the goods. Seeing a previous comment about automatic renewals I have run off evidence to state that I do NOT want my subscription automatically renewed.
