If anyone orders this Advent Calendar please be prepared to deal with a high level of incompetence.
I received an Advent calendar as a gift from my aunt: I installed adobe Air and the Advent calendar as instucted. The box requesting the activation code appears on my screen. I have been waiting fpr the activation code to be sent to my email for more than 4 days!!!!! I have sent at least 25 requests to Jacqui Lawson requesting them to send me the activation code. Please note, I will not use their troubleshooting help to discover this. They said you would send it to my email, I am still waiting. I have asked them to deal with this problem as promised - I do not expect to waste my time looking at FAQs to solve their problems.
