I bought 5 advent calenders last year for the grandchildren of which they all enjoyed.
Renewed my subcription for two years.ordered 5 more London advent calenders with the promise of a free one for myself, had to pay for mine which would not work. Jaquie Lawson don`t seem that interested now they have had my money. DISAPPOINTED, wouldn`t waste my money again.

I ordered 23 Advent calendars 2011, only 9 have got through to my friends & relatives & I did not get mine either.
Also my sister sent me one which did not appear,so after following the path of order histories, I finally got mine through, but will not open correctly.
I am upset that many of the calenders did not get to the people I intended them for, I think I should be re-embursed for 13 of the 23 ordered. I have used this service many times,
