Hallmark were instructed to close our account before the next payment date. Payment was still taken, and all emails on the subject are ignored.
We have tried every which way to resolve the issue through Hallmark, but all attempts are directed back to the "Contact Customer Support" link - which they never answer!!
Sign up with Hallmark at your peril.....! See other complaints on this site for clarification.
We now use Jacquie Lawson cards, which are much better.
