This is one heck of a scam. There is no hope of finding a human being when you call their toll free number. The online help is non-existant. Cancellation is not possible. Their robot tells me I've cancelled yet I'm being billed --

One has to dispute with the credit card company -

It appears they are in Ohio - perhaps a letter to the attorney general - and better business bureau -

They certainly need a lesson in customer service.
