I've tried to change my email address & it won't let me. Finally got a real person & was assured it was changed & that was a month ago, not changed. Can't find a phone number, emailed customer service 3 times, no answer & since I inactivated old email address can't even use that to get into my account. Will be interested to see if they try to charge me with another year.
