1 What's Review Centre all about?
Review Centre is an online community where you can find and share all sorts of useful information to help you and other people make informed choices when purchasing products and services.
Informative consumer reviews
whatever you are looking for, reviews can form an important part of your research to make sure the product or service you are looking for lives up to your expectations. The manufacturers will tell you (sometimes) the technical specifications, but what have actual users found? And most importantly how have they found the product when things have gone wrong? At Review Centre you can read and write your own reviews, comment on other peoples reviews and even advertise for people to write a new review if the item you want is not listed using our Wish List feature.

Because Review Centre does not itself sell any products, we can publish the reviews our users write - whatever their views. Of course sometimes our reviewers write very biased reviews but if they have found something they are passionate about then that is exactly what you want to hear.

2 How do I navigate around?
Finding Reviews
- Using our site Search - If you know what you are looking for, this is definitely the best way. Use the search box to search for the particular product or service you are looking for. The search box is at the top right of each page.
- Using Navigation - Prefer to browse? - use the navigation bar at the top of the page to select the closest review topic for the product or service you are looking for. Then choose the specific Review Category from the list of Review Categories in the centre of the page. Finally select the specific Item you are looking for from the list that appears.
Finding Forums
Review Centre forums are great fun and have a life all of their own. Use the navigation bar at the top of the page to select the topic closest to the forum you are looking for. A list of the forums for that topic will appear in the left hand column of the page. Click on the forum title to view the forum.
Finding where to buy an item
Decided what you want? - Review Centre has worked to find some great suppliers that we believe offer competitive prices and high levels of service. We have listed prices against some of the most popular items reviewed on Review Centre. Clicking on the price in the item table will take you to the merchant offering that item. You can also view a range of merchant offers above the individual reviews themselves. If we do not show a price against an item you are interested in, try using our web-search or the featured links that appear throughout Review Centre to find your supplier. Please remember to come back and review your purchase and also the retailer you bought from.

3 How Accurate are the prices we display?
At Review Centre we want to bring you the best offers we can find. We update the prices on Review Centre regularly and endeavor to display prices correctly. Review Centre does not itself sell the items offered for sale. Although we do our best, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all of the prices displayed and recommend that users always verify the price with the merchant website at the point of purchase. 4 How can I make a suggestion?
At Review Centre we want your feedback. Please contact us and let us have it! We can't promise to adopt all your suggestions but we shall certainly try.

5 What do you do with my email address?
If you enter your email address when writing a review, commenting on a review or posting on the forums, your email address will be stored in our database and used to send you an automated email when comments are added to your review, comment and/ or posts. We may also notify you of service updates. The email address will not be used to contact you for any other purpose unless you opt in to receiving some other form of contact.

6 How do I opt out of receiving email notifications?
Reviews/Comments/Forums: Please goto your Review Centre Homepage and toggle the Notify me options on the ones you don't want emails on.
