Don't buy from this site, absolutely horrendous service. I bought a pair of knitting yarns from this website but after days of waiting called up to enquire to the customer service. They said that their was a shortage in the product when they clearly mentioned that it was in stock. I was assured that I would receive it in the next five days. I called after 5 days and much to my disgust was told to wait for 2 days more as they had delivery issues. 2 days later, the same story was continued. I asked...

I found the site great, customer service great, disappointed in the items i did not receive as they were backordered..wish there was a way to let me know when i submitted the order and how to let me know when the items are in stock..i have to pay shipping etc. and am i customer in Canada so i would prefer to pay for shipping only once. I am ready to submit another order but i would really like to know if the items i wish to purchase on still backorder because i would then wait to submit the order....

Ordered RC helicopter for grandson. He opened it on Christmas, charged it up, played with it no more than 5 mins before pwr was gone. Recharged it and it never ran again. I feel like this company has very poor customer service. After numerous attempts to contact them thru email and chat, I finally got in touch with them. I was told that if the product worked upon arrival, it was not returnable!! It worked five minutes!!!! I feel like this is a rip-off!! I was willing to pay to return the product...

Lorraine Torrence has published four leaflets, as well as two pattern lines, about how to make wearables using buttons, threadwork and bits and pieces along with different types of finishing.
