They state you get a 60 day cooling off period, you don't. I took out the account less than that and I cancelled it after 4 days. I now apparently owe over £50?? You cannot call them without your customer number and even then it probably will not work. Ikano (the actual company, nothing to do with New Look) has nothing to do with New Look so they cannot even help you in store. New Look workers practically bully you into taking it out and then you get charged double whatever you spent. (read more)

Me and my wife run a small shop and mail order business, we use or at least try to use our TSB business debit card to pay for stock, but find the card is repeatedly being stopped, we order from suppliers on a daily basis have done now for the last 3 or 4 years, we try to pay for all incoming items before they are dispatched so as not to run up huge bills through the course of a month, over the past 3 months our suppliers seem to be having trouble taking money, when we call the bank they say... Was ripped off when I got them. Advised to load the cards with money when I go them at the office. They didn't tell me I would get a better rate online. When I used the card to draw cash it converted the euro to pound them back to euro again. When I got back I was furious and asked for the cards to be cancelled. This incurred a five pound charge. We cancelled our joint credit card over 2 weeks ago when my husband lost his wallet. we had to put in writing that we wanted replacement cards and are still waiting for them more than 2 weeks later! Tried to phone to investigate but have been kept waiting on premium rate number for 15 minutes so gave up.We have previously found it impossible to resolve queries with them by phone.
