    ordered a christmas hamper from scottish hampers for my gran last year and was really surprised at how good it was. loads of exciting gifts such as edinburgh preserves chutney and the handmade oatcake company oatcakes.

    Amazon.co.uk is where I purchase most items. Prices are very good and delivery always fast even with the Free Super Saver. Although the seem to be selling everything nowadays and perhaps taking away from other independant stores/sites, they are good at what they do. Hassle free ordering.

    Frankfurt Xmas market was very good spread out over 3-4 squares so busy but room to move.At 1800 each night eher is something going on at the srage in the Romerkirk Choirs singing carols, bands etc.I thought it better than Munich as there seemed more room and was not crowded with Italian tourists.     Lovely lovely tree. This was my 3rd Christmas of using it. Lights still looking lovely. I decorate with black and silver decs and keep in our white conservatory. I am very pleased with it and don't regret buying it whatsoever.

    Travelling to Norway on an adventure holiday with huskies and snowmobiles through remote towns and Russian borders like some sort of secret agent 007 wanna be, wasn't what I had in mind when my wife said to me. "Guess what kind of holiday I booked?" Boy was I in for a surprise!
