    fantastic! all you do is put in what you have eaten for the day, then if its not already there-you add it to to catalogue of foods! it adds up your calories and fat for that day. if you did enough excersise for that day, and coverd your calories then you get a big green tick. you also can do food sw ...

    i use sam learning alot for GCSE and it is very good but it can get quite boring sometimes because the exercises are only "drag and drop" type questions.     I've used Hot UK Deals to find vouchers for Amazon and La Redoute with varing amounts of success.
