I've (re)signed up for the DVD by post service. Instead of you being able to choose what you want, you're supposed to have a list where you prioritise what you'd like to have sent to you. I don't even like to call this a 'diet' - it is more of a really healthy eating program which is easy to follow, easy to adapt to everyday life & you often end up eating more than people who aren't 'dieting'! The support is FANTASTIC & you are never alone in 'your weight loss journey' - there is always someone to help you with any problems, support you if the going gets tough & be there to cheer along with your achievements.

Ultimately it's nothing more than a way for the Job Centre to monitor your activity on the site and then penalise you... (read more)
