I have been running Our Plaice Traditional Fish and Chips for 5 years and i started off with british gas supplying me, however they did the dirty on me when i missed the deadline for a renewal. My internet has always been pretty poor despite the university hall providing a router in each dormitory. The internet cuts off every few minutes, so I have to turn off the wifi on my laptop, and turn it on again, only to repeat the process a few times because it keeps disconnecting. I've called and emailed them a few times, but to no avail. Their customer services are extremely rude, and talk down to the customer. Where do I begin with this company? I am an Economy 7, electricity-only customer. I would supply them with a monthly meter reading, and would log in the following day to find that their computer had twisted them around. I complained to them numerous times over many months, but their customer services never solved the problem, and even cut off my call on more than one occasion. 'The computer' was always to blame. Be aware that it seems although you sign a contract for 24th months and choose your phone and a tariff based on what you can afford. O2 can & will increase there tariff costs, using the cost of inflation as an excuse. Here is a snippet from the email they sent me, it was the same last year as well.
