I went to the AA as they seemed to have a good reputation and signed up for 10 lessons. My first instructor was OK, but after about the 8th lesson he left without the AA without warning. They found me another instructor, Mark who was good for the first two lessons but after that taught me some terrible habits. He taught all the manoeuvres with my mirrors down so I could see the kerb, but if I did that on the test a) it would take a lot of faffing about, b) I could forget to move them back... (read more)

I was taught by another driving school and failed my test twice, so I decided to try a new instructor, I am so glad that I did! I found learning to drive with Stewart very relaxing, he was able to get me to standard required very quickly. I have improved so much in such a short period of time, especially on dual carriageway and approaching a roundabout.
I passed yesterday at Hornchurch and it felt great! I would definitely recommend learning to drive with Stewart, simply the best driving...

My instructor is great and he's so organised and genuinely cares, funny and makes you feel comfortable. He's also got good reviews etc. The only problems I've had have involved my lesson slots (which I have booked with my instructor) to be replaced by other people. like they matter more than I do, I've missed weeks before because I've been caste aside for other people to have their test prep lessons... I need my lessons just as much as they do!

Tesco Petrol Stations

I Have just come home from Tesco where I have just put fuel in my car.When I placed the fuel pump back into its holder it registered £30.01 yet when I went to pay in the kiosk it had risen to £30.02! I did query this with the attendant who just said "yes it does happen sometimes but it's just the pump" . Just wondering how many other times this has happened and how many other .01p "jumps" there have been. (read more)
