Customer service I received was excellent, very friendly and helpful. Quote given onlline was £150 less than what I actually got even though I was 100% accurate with my submission online??? Still happy with the outcome though as just need to get rid of my car so was happy with whatever I got. I would recommend a friend to use this site even with the admin fee it's still good because if you use topcashback you will received £50 cash back which cover the admin charge........so win, win... These People will promise you the world prior to sale. Once they have your money They don't want to Know you! You will not have any calls returned. You will have to make numberous trips back and forth for the simplest of repairs to be carried out. The workmanship of their technicians is worse than shoddy (This is being kind). Take a good look around...You will see lots of unhappy people wanting mechanical/electrical repairs carrying out on the cars they have just perchased (with MOT's).... (read more)

Having seen the vehicle we liked online we reserved it and went to view it that afternoon. Upon arriving at FOW (having never been before), we were impressed that we were able to view the vehicle at our leisure and didn't have a pushy salesman on our backs. We decided to buy the vehicle on finance and the salesman was very helpful in sorting everything out for us. We arranged to collect it the following week. That's when the problems started. Visited Car Shop on Sunday 21st October, I had already reserved a car online, and we wanted to go and see it in person. On arrival we were met at the door by Daniel who I must say was very helpful.
