We booked a flight through WWW.CHEAPOAIR.COM and found them to be the most reasonable price and the web site was very user friendly. We confirmed and paid for the flight. We received a timely receipt and all charges were exactly as stated. Our confirmation emails were accurate. A few days before the flight, CHEAPOAIR emailed us with a change in flight times from Westjet Airlines. The email was concise and very clear as to what we had to do. We booked our tour through sinhbalo who work with footprints.We had a really good time and our guide was excellent.Owing to walking difficultys he made our treck easier for us.Throughly enjoyed our tour and our homestay. Hoseasons Boating Holidays

I am writing to express my frustration at the incompetence i have experienced with Hoseasons for booking and paying for a boat. I booked a boat with them for a week in Aug 2011 and paid a deposit of £50. In May i attempted to pay the balance by debit card but their system was not working properly, i tried again the next day but again it was not working properly. I finally paid through online banking and directly into the account no. they gave and quoting my booking no, the money was taken...

Center Parcs, Elveden Forest

A great place to for a quick getaway, and involves a great array of choices - if you can afford it. We did find we were choosing certain activities over others mainly on price as we'd already spent a fair amount of money booking it. I would have preferred an all inclusive cost which would allow us to have eaten in the restaurants and used various facilities without worrying about spending even more. However, they don't hide costs and the subtropical swimming paradise, which is included, is amazing....
