The initial cost looks reasonable compared to other companies but beware the additional charges. Fully comprehensive insurance is an additional cost but almost a necessity. The car comes with a full tank of petrol which you pay for at more than petrol station costs. You do not get any reimbursement for petrol remaining in the tank when you return the car - if you intend to infrequently use the car or only short trips then there will be a lot of unused petrol so a better option could be to... Travel on SW Suburban Trains and you will pay eye watering high fares for a low quality of ride. The carriages are often outdated and are not air conditioned. In Summer they are crammed and sweaty . The seats are too narrow and you will be squashed against the passenger sitting next to you if they are anything more than 'slim' . Bizarrely you will see some seats left vacant when passengers decide they would rather stand than get close and personal to a stranger. If you are average height... (read more)

A quick overview of the reviews on this page, paint a pretty damning picture. I think I know why, some of us who use buses to travel have little or no choice, and have to, out of necessity use the buses/trains, as we do not own nor drive a vehicle of any kind. The drivers' are therefore able to be rude, unprofessional, discourteous and even downright obnoxious to paying customers', and their excuse, more often than not is, "don't tell me, I am just the bus driver".
