Dyson Ball DC25 Multi Floor

I purchased my Dyson DC25 from QVC, it's blue, but did not come with a manual, instead it came with a small 2-3 page cardboard brochure that only had pictures. The main head brushes need cleaning. I don't know how to take off to clean. I have a flat out tool that I don't know how to use. They showed it being used as a selling point, but by the time you get it you can't remember. Vax Mach Air Reach

Great vacuum, really lightweight and powerful. Had several other cheaper alternatives but this one is by far the best. Labradors seem to moult all year but this vacuum clears all carpets and rugs in minutes. The filters are easy to clean (that IS important) so it works great. Yes, swapping the hose to use the stretch hose requires half a minute extra but, hey, it really isn't that much bother? No is my answer. Miele S5261 Cat and Dog

I have the upright version of the dog and cat. This is a powerful vacuum cleaner and like most Miele machines In have owned, I was expecting the best. Well, not so. The interior on the upright is crowded and clunky, it is difficult to change the filter and when you put the bag on, there is no way for it to attach and it keeps falling off, sucking all that great dog and cat dander RIGHT INTO THE ENGINE you just paid $650 for. H2O MOP X5 Steam Cleaner

Really a v good product. Easy to use and store away. Only problem that once out of the guarantee period we notice excessive leakage from the tank, which made it inoperable. Upon dismantling the steamer it was clear that damage to the water tank was the cause - which appears to have occurred at the time of manufacture and worsened with use. It would have been difficult for the tank to have been damaged to any extent without any visible marks to the outer case ! Pity - as now rather than risk... (read more)
