This is AMAZING! By far the best - and I've used many! It straightens on the first pass through, has a 3m cord which swivels at the connection, is well balanced with a light weight to it so it feels nice in the hand and you don't get arm ache! The blurb says it has Tri-zone technology which means that the plates heat uniformly and it is set at an optimum styling temperature of 185DC so these two features combined basically means that only one pass through is needed even on frizzy over… Read Full Review

This replaces the Ultima 7200 which I was pretty good but they decided to cease manufacture in 2014. I was disappointed when I heard that because I was about to buy another after 5 Years of happy shaving with it. However, Wahl have replaced it with this new model which I have recently purchased. Quite simply it is the best shaver I have ever had and at my age (70), I have tried a few including Braun, Phillips, Panasonic and Remington. Firstly, in my experience, this is only a temporary hair removal tool like say a razor, only this burns the hairs off rather than cutting them. Bearing this in mind, you experience a burnt hair smell throughout the time you use it which isn't very pleasant but you get used to it. It takes FOREVER to use and so you need the patience of a saint!
