Plus 500 has proven to be one of few stable trading platforms over the years. It's very reliable in terms of perforing the trades and handling user's proceeds. the admin always pays on time. Customer support is responsive and professional. The site can use some colors! It's very dry. Add to that the nature of this business, you would need some change in the outlook of the application. I presently trade with TD Waterhouse having been transferred from Hoodless Brennan when Td took over their accounts but I have to say TD Waterhouse costs are high £12.50 per trade £12.50 quarter inactivity fee unless you have over £7500 in the account and a scandalous £50 account closure fee. I would also say that their services have been poor with their website going slow and going down several times in the past which I found very frustrating. I am looking to close my TD account... It's impossible to comprehend how bad this service is until you try it. The website beggars belief. The functionality is stone age compared to other platforms and seems to have been deliberately designed to make life as difficult as possible. This really is one of the most awful, amateurish websites I know of. Like some other reviewers, I only use it a retain Premier membership. HSBC please sort this out. (read more)

It does all that I would expect. What else would I like - if I have an open position I would like a specific value of the instrument or my balance at which I would be stopped out of it - this would help with planning whether I want to add funds to effectively extend my 'automatic stop'.
