Took my 2 nieces here for a surprise visit to lapland uk before Christmas and was really looking forward to it but must say it was a disappointment for the price they charge. On the day of taking them it was very busy which is to be expected the time your in there is usually around 3 hours but most of that time is taken up on queues and waiting, first of all the time spent with elfs, mother christmas and making toys and seeing father christmas is probably around an hour in the whole time… Read Full Review

We booked this day trip before reading any of the reviews, and were a little worried we had made a mistake. I am glad to say that it was fantastic, and our seven year old son was totally convinced he was at the North Pole to visit Santa. The organisation was little underwhelming, but we had plenty of time to enjoy all the activities and our son especially enjoyed the tabogganing! I was expecting something that brought the spirit of Christmas, but instead this just felt like a lightly themed fairground, which was a bit disappointing. It wasn't terrible, it was fine, but it just wasn't that Christmasy. Yes, there was mulled wine to buy and there were Christmas related things there, but the majority of the entertainment was roller coasters and fairground rides, which aren't really what I associate Christmas with.
