I've never experienced anything organised worse than this, it was terrible. Everything was difficult, mis-organised and mis-advertised. Transun couldn't have cared less, for every little thing (no organisation, mistakes, changes, delays, missed meals, untrained reps - through all this no communication) they just passed off any responsibility. Wow what an amazing time we had .LAPLAND .... Great evening out. My daughter and her friend loved every min of it. Don't read the bad reviews there just bitter it wasn't the really Lapland, and its about the children not how good you think it is value for money etc. The girls were greeted by some very smiley happy elves who chatted away to all the children . Then on to the elf den for stories and to meet the husky girls who whipped the families into a frenzy doing reindeer and husky dog howls… Read Full Review

We have just visited Lapland via transun and I’m sorry to say it was disappointing, the location was stunning and there was plenty of snow but that in itself is a compliment to the area. So much time was lost due to the poor organisation that we ended up having just over 3 hours to get through everything, we did manage to get around it all but everything was rushed and a bit of a free for all as one member of staff struggled to keep control of the fifty plus people in his care.
