Having been a Fitness First Member in Europe for several years I thought it would be a good thing to test one of their Clubs over here.
For my experiment I picked one of their newest Clubs on Green Lanes in London which is supposed to be bigger and better equipped than many of the other Clubs.
The Club is located on the first floor of this shopping mall and shares parking facilities with the adjacent stores which makes it very difficult to find a decent spot during the shops trading hours....

Had my KSBs for 2 years. By far the most comfortable boot I've ever worn. Used virtually every week in all weathers including 2 Alpine backpacking holidays. Now the waterproofing and some of the stitching has gone.
However, buy sensibly for approx £50 and these are a bargain, even if you have to change them every other year. Rather £50 and comfortable replaced every 2 years, than £100 and never perfect comfort, even if more expensive boots do last longer.

I bought this item about a year ago it is still in top notch condition.
I have been using it along with my teenagers 30+km a week between us and theres still no problem with it.
The speakers are not brilliant but still decent enough remembering most treadmill speakers are not too good.
overall it is a very good piece of machinery.It does all it says and it doesn't have that many bad points about it(just the speakers).
I would recommend it to everybody who is looking for a decent or even...

After shopping around (for ages) for a Vibration Plate I took the plunge and ordered the Power Vibe Wave Pro vibration plate from Orbus Leisure. It arrived last week and I was so impressed by both the product and the customer service, which was second to none.
The product comes with a bit of self assembly required but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I have used the product a couple of times and am really impressed. It is very easy to use and delivers a challenging workout...

Premier Trampolines 15 ft Springless

Seems easy enough to put together until you have to put the mat on.The instruction videos showed how 2 people is all you need for easy assembly was far from the truth. We paid a handy man a full days work at $60 an hour to help my husband assemble it and after all that the trampoline buckled 4 ft. off the ground on opposite legs. They undid it over and over all day following the instruction manual and video from their website they ended up with bleeding blisters on their hands and still the... (read more)
