    NOTE: if you think your "switch" has failed, it is probably the batteries. I had the exact same experience as many here, with the Mini Maglite only staying on for a few seconds, a quick flicker and dead, would come back on for a second or two if I twisted the switch, etc

    Though perhaps you can consider these a more entry level two way radio these have served me well for the 4 or 5 years I have had them.
