Ok, so you've got to admire the discounts you get on their website but is it really worth buying? Ordered so many things from argos - for choice and that, placed about 4 large orders and returned most of the things due to poor quality. I bought this rocco inspire mirror in gold and it came a cheap plastic thing - extremely poor quality - all that for £69.99? no thanks. Returned about nearly all of my orders argos owes me about £300 and i am still awaiting a refund. Emailed them...

I have used Booking.com on several occasions during the last year, both in the UK and abroad ~ and every time I have found it to provide the best options as regards location and price in a very user friendly manner. I wish this service had existed for the last 30 years ~ but then many of those were in the pre-internet era! I have been with T-Mobile for many a year, since they were 1 TO 1, and reading some of the comments here I can truly say that I have had no major problems with the customer services. They have mostly been very helpful - although recently they cannot give me any deal better than what is on their website. Rather disappointing seeing as I have been a long standing customer. I just came back from a trip to Hong Kong and my friends did recommend me to book a hotel well in advance, otherwise it's hard to find a nice hotel at decent price. Well, I am not so sorry to contradict them as I booked only 2 weeks before my trip and found really good deals on www.agoda.com. Completely misleading delivery estimates! I placed an order with Dixons.co.uk and their website states that delivery is normally 3 working days. It is now 4 working days since I placed my order and the item has not even left the warehouse yet! When I called them to complaint I was informed that it will take another 3 working days to be delivered. Although my items were dispatched promptly, my graphics card arrived broken having been seemingly opened by a previous customer and returned because it was faulty. The box was slightly torn and the anti-static bag had been opened. Some parts were missing.
