So So False went into the Croydon branch to open an account and very impressed with the false frontage I got met and greeted with plenty of smiles I had both parts of my drivers licence and current bank statements a decent guy I was dealing with (but all sales people are at the point of sale he quickly changed when the computer said whatever)he then tells me I need more id ? ridiculous just to confirm I have recent bank statements and both parts of a drivers licence at the same address. I found this a really confusing product which was supposedly sold to me to simplify my previous portfolio of various ISAs, but is actually an old fashioned Endowment with various bonuses and adjustments to make the value of the product very difficult to be sure of. The annual report states a gross profit of 15.7% for 2013 and 11% for 2012, but the actual returns to me only seem to be about 1.5%. In the process of moving house i lose my card, search high and low for it and had to order a replacement. in this time i tried to get cash out 3 times in 2 weeks as i'm still waiting on my card. Worst service ever encountered. Been trying to transfer funds out for over two weeks. First it took them 7 days to send security number to access account, they say 3-5 working days when you request a replacement, it will always be 7 days as weekends don't count; letter arrived on working day five. then accessed the account to transfer money, entered account details of receiving bank (same account we sent it from, details already held by Post Office) account frozen for 5 working days, for… Read Full Review
