This company is fantastic until they have your money! Then the advisors I delt with were rude and spoke over me! My calls/emails were ignored! Then I sent a complain recorded delivery for the attention of tge manager over 6 weeks ago and STILL no response! Customer service appalling! The poor hen is so stressed (no nit with planning her wedding) but with trying to sort this joke of a company out! Stay away! (read more)

Found this site after a search for coloured icing. Ended up buying loads more - the prices on this site are fantastic and the delivery charge is cheap. I placed my order monday night and it arrived weds morning. Have recommended to all of my fellow cake makers just brilliant. I purchased a wedding dress from www.weddingdressesgood.com in March of 2012. I received the dress, and it is dirty! Also, the lace is frayed, the seams and hems are loose, and there are loose threads all over it! I paid extra for custom sizing ( measurements taken by a professional seamstress) and the dress does not fit. I emailed the company several times with my issues, and the replied stating I should take the dress to a tailor and clean the spots myself. It is a VERY poor quality item!... (read more)

We were thrilled with the quality of the catering at our son's wedding in November 2011. The guests had a range of allergies, and all were catered for without fuss. The food was interesting, absolutely delicious, beautifully presented and very good value for money. We came across Hand Made by Me on our search for our wedding invitation and spotted the design we loved. We loved the fact that we can personalise our inserts to include whatever we needed.
