No refunds nor exchange on opened present from my husband. Despite the returns policy on all the walls that the product must be in original packaging, with the receipt and return within 21 days, this means nothing, I have checked their website returns policy which states that DVDs must be unopened, this is a docking station. Beware before your part with your hard earned cash, think twice and then think again before shopping at hmv (read more)

Do NOT shop at comet and buy insurance for your items, i have a washing machine and when i have been speaking to the insurance company for 5 weeks now with valid insurance and still have a faulty washing machine. whats worst is that comet who sold the insurance will not talk to me regarding this insurance. Again do NOT buy insurance from comet and if you can help it try not to shop at comet at all!!!! (read more)

Photobox allowed me to create a book of memories which would have usually stayed on the computer. It is easy to use with the software can create different numbers, sizes and options of photos. If you have slow connection then you may not want to use it as it has to load the photos each time you log in. Overall the experience is user friendly and will recommend and use again. (read more)
