Mothercare
We started a baby plan in november 2011. We paid it off in january 2012 and thought great, all we have to do is wait for it to be delivered. I waited in all day for it to be delivered and it never turned up. I phoned up customer services and apparently there had been a problem at the depot and it couldnt be dispatched, mothercare never thought to inform me of this though. the person at customer services who i spoke to was very polite and helpful and i think he has managed to sort the problem out,...

Tesco
Tesco have the most rude unhelpful staff out of all the supermarkets. Either they are hiring the wrong staff or they are just not getting the correct training. In my opinion the stores look dirty and the self checkout glass as that dirty i did not want to scan my food through it. I was made to get out the queue once i had reached the front with a trolley a baby and a pram as they said there was no trollies there was no sign just a less than 10 item i had less than 10 items but noone even helped...

Comet
Do NOT shop at comet and buy insurance for your items, i have a washing machine and when i have been speaking to the insurance company for 5 weeks now with valid insurance and still have a faulty washing machine. whats worst is that comet who sold the insurance will not talk to me regarding this insurance. Again do NOT buy insurance from comet and if you can help it try not to shop at comet at all!!!!...

It is easy to use with the software can create different numbers, sizes and options of photos. If you have slow connection then you may not want to use it as it has to load the photos each time you log in. Overall the experience is user friendly and will recommend and use again....
