The Skoda Octavia RS, Review Centre's Car of The Year - 2006, has proved a sensation with motorists. Reviewers have heaped praise on its tough but stylish image which manages the tricky task of juggling reliability and performance with dashings of flair. 
With over 100 reviews and counting the Skoda Octavia RS has received a perfect 100 per cent reccomendation.

The 1998 Octavia was the start of a radical transformation for Skoda changing its image in the UK from a laughable position for some to a newfound status as major player. Each successive version has built on this newfound brand appeal. It seems owners of the Octavia RS simply cannot find any faults with the Octavia RS.

The Czech firm ranked second overall for the second consecutive year and amazingly was only beaten into the runners up spot by luxury brand Lexus.
This is the second year Skoda took silver medal for ownership satisfaction with the Octavia also resting in fourth place in the overall car model category.
The report also highlighted Skoda drivers experience relatively few mechanical problems and all rate their cars highly for driver and passenger appeal. The companys dealers also came out well in the survey.
