writing peeled off after 6 washes, terribly disappointed in this product probably the same with all heat changing mugs

Let Down At Christmas
sent 6 e mails, tried to call, phone put down several times, paid 7.95 on the 23 Dec for next day delivery, waited in ALL CHRISTMAS EVE couldnt go out with family as the parcel was important and guess what no delivery. Spoke to someone on live chat on christmas eve who said parcel was on its way but no courier info given so we couldnt track the parcel or contact the courier. Thought we had found the perfect gift for a special friend WHAT A DISAPPOINTMENT - WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
DONT OFFER NEXT DAY DELIVERY IF YOU CANT DELIVER THE GOODS ESPECIALLY AT IMPORTANT TIMES LIKE CHRISTMAS !!!!!
