    I rear ended another car at speed. My fault but Zurich paid out under coprehensive insurance within 4 weeks. Briliant service.

    my biggest complaint about Zurich are their incrdibly bad call centres. I cannot begin to calculate how much time I have wasted in trying to get through to them and then trying to deal with my queries. Sadly they don't improve.
