    I rear ended another car at speed. My fault but Zurich paid out under coprehensive insurance within 4 weeks. Briliant service.

    I had been with then over 15 years. I only found out how bad they were when I went to made a claim for a water leak. The assessor was rude and arrogant and treated me like some silly girl.     my biggest complaint about Zurich are their incrdibly bad call centres. I cannot begin to calculate how much time I have wasted in trying to get through to them and then trying to deal with my queries. Sadly they don't improve.
