“12 MONTH SUBSCRIPTION - NOT!!!”

I was so rapt to give my daughter a 12 month birthday subscription gift to Pokemon Magazine (now Pocket World) only to find that months would come and go and we eventually, out of all that time, received only 3 magazines. We tried for mths and mths to get our money back or more issues, nothing ever happened, exactly the same email day in day out.
They finally sent us a cheque - to Austral8ia - rather than recredit us our credit card - and the cheque bounced.
How can they do this to a little girl?
How can they do it to a pensioner?
We are currently undertaking legal proceedings for our moneys - also the cost of a cheque that has been returned.
They are a disgrace, i wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and i am so disgusted in how they hurt myself and my little girl.

I finally got a refund but had to go to the actual head of the accounts dept of the entire company - she was wonderful.
