Absolute abhorrent company. The quickest money making company. I was sent a 'wingman device' to monitor my driving along with having to download a 'smart app' This turned out to be not so 'smart' after all. I have an automatic vehicle so naturally the breaking and acceleration is entirely different due to the fact the gears change themselves. In a nutshell this company uses a method which is computerised and in no way shape or form a true reflection of a persons ability to drive nor a fair judge. I have been charged in total £153.56 for 11 days worth of insurance. The worst customer service I have ever received, their employees have no idea of the terms and conditions set out within the contract that they also agree to at the point of sale and also within cancellation events. I gladly cancelled my policy and will be taking this matter to the ombudsman.

I had my doubter insured with them and A direct debit failed to go out so I phones them the next day to pay and was told I had to phone a company called close brothers to make the payment this was on the Monday there open 9-5 and closed week ends so I phoned on my lunch break I was on hold for over half a hour no answer they cost 7p a minute same on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday then Thursday knight I get home to a email telling me her insurance was cancelled and had to pay the missed payment… Read Full Review

I am up for renewal and I have found a cheaper insurance company to go with, tried to purchase insurance and apparently I have made a claim back in May. This was not the case. I'm afraid I have to agree.i was told that ivonly had to do 200miles on there app then 2 days into policy it went upbto 250 and now they have told me that I have to use the app all the time.they have given me 7 days notice to get the app again and use it.but unfortunately my fone broke and I bought a fine whic apparently it is compatible with.but nowhere on there site do they say what fones its compatible with and now they expect me tovgo buy a new fone to use there app.absolutely ridiculous.so now I wont be getting my deposit back and when I get a new policy (certainly not with these) I've to start my no claims again.

The company is absolutely ridiculous trying to charge you £55 to cancel plus the remainder of the rest of your policy and can't even tell you what the final amount is. Cheapest quote but can't buy online, kept on hold for hours paying 7p per min. Think they actually are trying to make money out of the phone calls! “Non Existent Customer Service”

The customer service for this company literally doesn't exist. I was on the phone for 1 hour (literally) before giving up and then I then selected the option to open a new policy and the phone call was answered practically within seconds. waited to take out insurance for 2 and a half hours I had 3 people hang as soon as they answered. when I finally got in touch the quote had to be adjusted as it selected I haven't purchased the car on price comparison website. once adjust to purchased jan 2011 the quote upped 400 pound. Only Young Drivers are the worst insurance company. After a week they sent a letter saying we hadn't sent the required documents (we had) and were cancelling the insurance. I have a policy and i am now sitting on hold and have been for the past 56 minutes. I can never get through to the bloody people. The first time I got through after 35minutes and the 2nd i was on hold for 1 hours 17 mins and they cute me off. Once you have your policy they no longer care about speaking to you.
