waited to take out insurance for 2 and a half hours I had 3 people hang as soon as they answered. when I finally got in touch the quote had to be adjusted as it selected I haven't purchased the car on price comparison website. once adjust to purchased jan 2011 the quote upped 400 pound. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS APAULING, 2 AND A HALF HOURS WAIT TO GIVE THEM MONEY IMAGINE TRYING TO SORT OUT A CLAIM
